General Curiosities


Q. Do you have a shop?
A. Since most of our customers are unable to visit us personally, we do not have a typical brick and mortar shop, however every attempt is made to make ordering riding attire as close to the "real thing" as possible - through telephone conversations, emails and direct mail.

Q. How long have you been tailoring Saddle Seat Riding Attire and where are you located?
A. We are enjoying our 8th year and located in the Greater Sweetwater Valley of South East Tennessee.

Q. Do you have a catalog?
A. In an effort to pass savings along to our customers, we don't publish a catalog.  Most of our work is custom-tailored and our fabric inventory changes often (check our Fabric page).

Q. How can I see some of your fabric swatches?
A. For a minimal $5.00 ($10.00 for Canadian/Worldwide customers) we will send you fabric swatches based on your preferences and our suggestions.  That amount is deducted from your first order total.

Q. Do you sell off the rack?
A. Most of our garments are custom ordered.  You're welcome to contact us about any riding attire that we may have in stock.

Q. Do you tailor youth or gentlemen's riding attire?
A. At this time we offer limited youth sizes and do not tailor for gentlemen.

Q. How long does it take to receive an order?
A. Once an order is placed, normal delivery is within 1 to 2 weeks.  During the height of show season expect up to 3 weeks for delivery or longer. 

Q. Do you make barn calls?
A. Currently we will travel to the following states:  Tennessee, Alabama, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Kentucky.  Arrangements must be made at least three weeks ahead of visit.

Q. What are accepted payment methods?
A. We accept personal checks, bank checks, money orders, or for those who wish to pay with a credit card: Paypal.

Q. How will my order be shipped?
A. Our customers located in the United States will receive their orders via USPS/Priority Mail.  Our Worldwide/Canadian customers will receive their orders via USPS/Air Mail.

Q. I have a tack shop.  Can I carry your line?
A. Absolutely.  Our line is available in a number of tack shops throughout the United States.  Please contact us for more information.

Q. What is your privacy policy?
A. Under NO circumstances do we make any information about any of our customers available to anyone.  We are committed to protecting each and every customer's privacy.
